I am firm believer that vibrant health starts with good nutrition. I personally follow a diet that embraces eating fresh organic meat, fruits, and vegetables, and I also incorporate eating raw foods into my diet. I choose to avoid all processed foods and avoid all those nasty disease causing chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides that are added or sprayed onto our foods. I like to eat the way in which nature intended us to…natural…the good old fashion way. Not only am I an advocate for eating fresh organic foods, but also I am an advocate for using safe all natural alternatives to many common ingredients that we apply to our bodies and use as household products such as, make-up, lotions, soaps, shampoos, and cleaners, etc. We should feed our largest organ (skin) with nutrient rich products too!
